High pressure water mist system is a kind of clean and efficient
fire extinguishing system, which uses water as the medium to
extinguish fire by efficient cooling and asphyxiation, and
effectively controls thermal radiation and anti-reignition.
High pressure water mist system has the advantages of safety and
environmental protection, water saving, efficient and continuous
fire extinguishing, heat resistance and purification, good
electrical insulation, strong applicability, high fire
extinguishing efficiency, high reliability, flexible configuration,
space saving, easy maintenance and so on.
The system can be divided into open system and closed system. The
closed system can be divided into wet system and pre-acting system.
Applicable to Class A, Class B, Class C, Class E, Class K and fire
with electric equipment, It is widely used in archive room,
library, museum, tobacco warehouse, oil-immersed transformer,
diesel generator room, oil storage room, fuel boiler room,
combustible gas production and storage use place, power
distribution room, cable tunnel, control room, electronic
communication equipment room, etc.
This is a highly efficient water-based fire suppression system that
uses specially designed nozzles to create a fine mist in protected
areas.The system is designed to operate at 14 MPa pressure and with
micro-droplets with the size of Dv0.50<200μm,Dv0.99<400μm.
The system suppresses a fire by:
Cooling: The fine mist is of higher heat absorptionefficiency than
other agents.
Inerting: The volume of fine mist can expand to 1700 times when
vaporize,which will reduce oxygen concentration.
Interrupting: The fine mist has good performance in blocking heat
radiation.
Product Features
1. The control valve group is an deluge valve, proportional mixer,
balance valve and other components, which has compact structure and
convenient operation to ensure accurate mixing ratio;
2. It has the dual advantages of water spray fire extinguishing and
foam-water spray fire extinguishing. It adopts water film-forming
fire extinguishing agent with strong adhesion, effectively covering
flowing fires and preventing re-ignition;
3. The valve group is linked with the control system, which can
remotely and quickly process fire signals and control the action of
fire extinguishing devices;
4. The system has three starting modes: automatic control, manual
control and emergency operation.
5. The system has the advantages of simple pipeline layout, large
nozzle flow and wide coverage area.
